SUMMARY:10th Annual Eat Local Challenge
DESCRIPTION:This year is the 15th anniversary of Bon Appétit’s Farm to Fork program\, through which all Bon Appétit chefs are required to buy at least 20% of our ingredients from farmers and artisans within 150 miles of our café. This year\, Bon Appétit is giving something back — from Fork to Farm — by awarding ten $5\,000 grants to help small farms grow their business. \nOn Eat Local Challenge Day\, join us for a 100% local meal (the only exception is salt) and cast your vote for your favorite grant project. Go to bamco.com/forktofarm for details on the five finalists in our region.
