10th Annual Eat Local Challenge

This year is the 15th anniversary of Bon Appétit’s Farm to Fork program, through which all Bon Appétit chefs are required to buy at least 20% of our ingredients from farmers and artisans within 150 miles of our café. This year, Bon Appétit is giving something back — from Fork to Farm — by awarding ten $5,000 grants to help small farms grow their business.
On Eat Local Challenge Day, join us for a 100% local meal (the only exception is salt) and cast your vote for your favorite grant project. Go to bamco.com/forktofarm for details on the five finalists in our region. Winners will be announced on Café Bon Appétit on Monday, September 29.
